Jean: Mennonite Carmel Apple Pie

Jean,
I live in the same community as Mennonites and I printed ouy Elly's
recipe she posted for the carmel apple pie and showed it to a Mennonite
friend of mine. She said that the recipe was just like she makes and
all you have to do is put a pie crust topping on it and you will have the
Mennonite version of this recipe. Good Luck in making this. It's delicious!
