I started them out eating artichokes as finger-fun food when they were small. The spaghetti squash is a "fun" food too, specially if you let them "make" the "spaghetti"! They definately don't like everything that I fix, but that's okay, I don't either, LOL. As for the "hot" artichokes, yes, they are packed in marinade just like the regular, but have red peppers in the marinade. They have a little "kick" to them.
