Title: Swiss Mocha Mix

Yield: 4 servings
1/2 c Instant skim milk powder
2 tb Cocoa
2 tb Instant coffee
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed until well mixed. Or
place ingredients in a jar, seal and shake. Makes 1/2 cup
Each serving 2 tbsp, 32 calories 5 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein 1 milk
choice (skim)

Title: Instant Coffee-Swiss Style Mocha Mix

Yield: 24 servings
1/2 c Instant coffee granules
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Cocoa
1 c Nonfat dry milk powder
Combine all and mix well. Store mix in an airtight container.
For each serving: place 1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. of mix into a cup. Add 1 cup
boiling water and stir well.

TOMATO JUICE COCKTAIL
10 lbs ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 large onion, grated
5 tsp salt
3 bay leaves
2 TBS horseradish
Cook above ingredients together until soft. Strain juice and add 1 tsp
sugar, 1 TBS celery seed, 1 TBS vinegar and 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce.
Bring to a boil, put into hot glass jars and seal. Water bath gently for
15 minutes.

"Russian" Tea Mix

1 1/4 cups orange breakfast drink
2/3 cup Instant tea with sugar and lemon
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon Grated orange rind
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store mix in an airtight container
To serve, place 3 to 4 teaspoons mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boilin water, and
stir well. Yield: about 25 servings.
NOTE: Keep Instant Spiced Tea Mix on hand to stir up when guests drop in
during the winter. It's a tasty warmer-upper, and it
makes your kitchen smell good, too. For a thoughtful gift, package Instant
Spiced Tea Mix in an attractive container labeled with mixing instructions.

Bavarian Mint Coffee Creamer

3/4 Cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 Cup Dutch process cocoa (we used Droste brand)
3/4 Cup confectioners sugar
1/2 Tsp. peppermint extract
Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid.
Shake well to blend. Store in airtight container.
To make Bavarian Mint Coffee: In a mug, combine 2 tablespoons of
creamer with 6 ounces of coffee.

2 cups sugar
1/2 t allspice
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t cloves
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a closed container. Add 2-3 heaping
teaspoons per cup of hot water.
This is great served in a crock pot -makes a nice cozy drink for crowd.

Hearth and Home Cocoa Mix
Combine and blend well:
2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
dash salt
Makes 3-3/4 cups mix
15 to 16 servings
Directions: add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup
boiling water in mug. Stir to blend.

Fat Free/Sugar Free but good, anyway!
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
2 c. Lite non-dairy coffee creamer
(1 tsp. = 10 calories / 0 fat)
2 c. Carnation Fat Free Hot Cocoa Mix
(2 Tb. = 25 cal/ 0 fat)
2 c. instant coffee
25 - 30 packets Sweet & Low
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup (using 1 tablespoon) = about 15 calories

Directions:
Use 1 tablespoon mix in a cup of steaming water. Mix and enjoy. Can be
stored one to two months.

Here are a few. I haven't used all of 'em, but the ones
I have tried have been good. My apologies to the original
author...I stripped headers to save disk space.
Title: Fruit Slush Mix
Categories: Master mix
Servings: 1
4 c Sugar
4 c Water
1 cn Frozen Orange Juice *
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1 cn (46 oz) Pineapple Juice
* The can of Orange Juice should be the 6 oz size of the concentrate.

Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan. Heat until sugar is
dissolved. Add orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and pinapple juice.
Fill 6 or 7 ice cube trays with mixture. Freeze until firm. Remove cubes
from freezer trays and store in plastic bags. Use within 6 months. Makes
about 100 small cubes.
VARIATION: Add 5 to 6 mashed bananas to mixture before freezing.
FRUIT SLUSH: Fill a glass with FRUIT SLUSH MIX cubes. Add ginger ale to
cover. Let stand 15 minutes and stir and serve.
Makes 1 serving
