Kathy G in SC re. tip

Misc.

Dear Kathy, Thank you!!! What a great idea. Just this week I made 2 recipes calling for Orange and Lemon rind. My 10 yr old son eats 4 oranges at a time and I use lemons daily in ice tea. Sean has been putting the orange rinds in the steamer on the wood burning stove. Now I will grate and freeze them. As I was writing this I thought I could do this with the Lemon Rind also! What do you think? My son (and I) also eat Tangerines by the dozen. Do you know of any use for the rind? I tried adding them to the steamer on the stove, and leaving them on the stove to brown but they do not make a nice aroma. Thank you again for this great idea. Have a great day.
