Kneading Bread

Misc.
I would think no more then 4 or 5 minutes. The processor chops not mixing to that degree. I really don't think I would use the food processor. I know how long some breads need to be kneed. My Sister does the real old fashion Italian bread. her arns are killing her after she is done. Other than finding a couple strong boys in your neighbor, i guess the processor is your only way. I would keep my eye on it. As I said it does chop the bread a bit.
