Recipe: Lemon-Cheese Spread (food processor)

LEMON-CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (about 1/2 of an 11 oz. jar) lemon curd

In food processor fitted with metal blade, process cream cheese with lemon curd until well-blended and smooth.

Turn into serving dish and chill until firm. Serve.

Makes 1 cup spread.
