Linda, cold lemon soup...

Linda, I didn't even notice the raw eggs. I
do have a fear of using them especially with
all the recent bad press about storage problems.
As I said, it is not a tried recipe, but sounded
more like what you had asked for...sweet, non
chicken based, and more sorbet. It just
sounded cool and refreshing.

You might just try to thicken with something
other than eggs or use an egg substitute. This
may be a question for Betsy. I'm wondering
if you could use a basic lemon curd or lemon
meringue filling first, cool and add the other
ingredients? That way the eggs are cooked.

I'm not going to post any more recipes I
haven't personally tried. LOL Sorry, I'll
keep looking for you.
