Recipe: Cold Fruit Soup

Here is a recipe I found that can be used with Strawberries or most any fruit...hmmm...wonder if you could even peel and cut up lemons to use with it..anyways...here it is..Best of luck to you!

Boruvkova Polevka Studena (Cold Blueberry Soup)
Recipe is Czech
Yield: 4 servings

2 cups Blueberries
4 cups Water
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Cinnamon
Sugar to taste
2 cups Sour cream
6 tablespoons Flour

Add blueberries, salt, cinnamon and sugar to taste to water. Bring to a boil.
Mix flour and cream, add to soup and continue boiling. Add lemon juice if
desired.Allow to cool. This soup can be prepared from other fruit, i.e., strawberries,raspberries, pears, gooseberries, etc.
When chilled, a refreshing soup for the summer
