Hi AJ,
All the recipies you can possibly want are in a cookbook I have treasured for the last 3 years and has 400 pages of wonderful recipes. It's titled "Moosewood Resturant, Low-Fat Favorites" put out by The Moosewood Collective. My other 'bible'(lol) is called "New Vegetarian Cuisine" (250 low-fat recipies) by Linda Rosensweig
