I'm so glad that you liked the Chicken Tikka. Did you do the Chicken Tikka
Masala or the Chicken Tikka? The C.T.M. is creamy & "somewhat" like Butter
Chicken.
It's funny how in restaurants if they don't have CTM they'll tell you that
Butter Chicken is the same thing and if they have Butter Chicken but not CTM
they say the same thing! I'm not sure what the difference is between the two
dishes.
Thanks for the Lamb Curry. I'll let you know how it turns out. My husband's
favorite Indian dish is Rogan Josh. (He always judges new Indian restaurants
by their Rogan Josh.) I'm sure that he'll like this one as well. Do you have
any good pilau rice recipes? The one that I have is more spice-filled than
fragrant.
