Recipe: Creamed Spinach (Like Boston Market)

Here's yet another recipe that I found in our old message
board archives.

Boston Market Creamed Spinach

1 can cream of celery soup
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 pkgs. (10 oz each) frozen spinach, cooked and drained well
1 tablespoon dry chopped onion or 1 small onion diced
Salt and pepper

In a sauce pan on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk; a 10-zo.
can cream celery soup, 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste and salt and pepper to taste, till
smooth and piping hot. Combine it immediately with 2 pkgs (10-oz
each) frozen chopped spinach, cooked until tender and well drained, plus 1 Tablespoon dry chopped onion or 1 small onion
diced.

Serves 4.

Refrigerate any leftovers to use in a few days.
