TROPICAL ICE POPS
1 (11 ounces) can Mandarin oranges in juice, drained
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange sherbet, softened
1/2 cup organic low-fat pina colada or coconut yogurt
1 (3 ounce) package organic cream cheese, at room temperature
Put oranges, juice, sherbet, yogurt and cream cheese in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into eight 3-ounce freezer-pop cups or drinking cups. Insert a wooden craft stick in center of each cup.
Place on a baking sheet (if using flat-bottomed cups) and freeze until firm.
