mini bundt pans

Those are neat cupcake (whatever) pans .... I don't have them but a friend does ... she even does molded stuff - gelatins, etc. in them.

I just picked up at a garage sale a month ago -- heavier (but not cast iron) pan that is rather similar - tho it is more of a flower shape. I didn't use it - brought it to my daughter-in-law when we went to visit - as she has a young child and will undoubtedly use it more often. When next we get together .... I'll have to see if she's used it and how it worked.
