Recipe(tried): Chart House Clam Chowder

I used to be a prep cook at the Chart House in Chester CT in the late 1980s. While I don't remember the exact recipe, we would start with a few cans of Snow's chowder as a base, add more chopped canned clams drained, and more heavy cream.
