This salad sounds good, I'll save it for when our weather warms up a bit. I'm not much in the mood for salads yet as our weather is still very cold. Good luck with your new eating plan. I need to do something like that too as I have eaten too much, and exercised too little over the past few years. With your recipes, I hope I can find the inspiration and willpower to join you.
