Misc.
Doubt that this will be of much help. I would imagine the large ones like COOKING LIGHT magazines' large mobile are booked and planned at leasta year in advance.

Have you contacted your state marketing board? (or maybe it has a different name) to see if they can help supply some referalls. Or if you live near another state, maybe you could also contact that state.

What about fairs and other events previously held in your town? I live in a town of about 50,000 and we have 2 or 3 big events a year . Some of the restaurants, caterers etc. usually have stands (to sell food and raise money) at these events, but some would probably also be willing to do a demo.

Do you have any food type businesses, industries, etc. in your area or surrounding area? Maybe they could help. We have a well-known candy company and they have done a few things ... the type of candy they make would be impossible for one to make at home - but one year they demonstrated some other candies and passed out samples.

This is probably not what you are looking for ...but I'm trying to steer you in some directions as I don't know where you've been ..
