FLUFFY FROSTING
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp. confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
In a small bowl beat cream until it begins to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients until soft peaks form. (I put bowl & beaters in fridge for about 20 minutes before whipping cream)
Store in refrigerator.
