Recipe: Garlic-Yogurt Dressing

GARLIC-YOGURT DRESSING

1 cup unflavored yogurt, chilled
1 medium garlic clove, crushed
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice or to taste
Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Beat until thoroughly blended. Taste and adjust the seasoning.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups or 10 servings (2 tablespoons each)
