Naida, after doing another search, I found a site that chronicles early home economics study and instruction. Your grandmother is listed as an author/contributor in this archive. She was indeed quite the early business woman! Here is the link that takes her documentations back to 1923. I hope you will share with us more of your grandmother's story and history. She was certainly a pioneer.
