Recipe(tried): Copeland's Tiger Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
I worked at Copeland's for 10 years and used to love hanging out in the back of the kitchen so I could watch the ladies in prep making some of my favorites.
I don't remember the exact measurements and I can't seem to locate my recipe but these are the ingredients.

TIGER SAUCE

Mayonnaise (Blue Plate)
Sugar
Horseradish sauce
Tabasco (dash)

If I can find my card, I will get you the exacts.
