CACTUS CUT POTATO DIP (LIKE BOSTON PIZZA)

Not the identical BP recipe, but slightly modified to avoid copyright laws when converting a Boston Pizza into a privately owned restaurant under a different name. Old BP customers still equally loved the revised recipe:

1 part Kraft brand Garlic-Lovers Caesar dressing
1 part sour cream
few finely chopped green onions for color
few dashes of powdered parmesan cheese
Cajun spice to taste
