Hi Judy,
Read your message about your Norelco iron. We had the same problem
with ours. My husband works for Philips, Norelco is a division of the
company. I suggest the next iron you purchase is a Rowenta.
Tha't s what we did. It did cost a little more, but it certainly was worth
it. Out of all the consumer products we have purchased from Philips-Norelco,
the only one worth buying was the electric razor.
