not El Chico, but very good, not sure where I found recipe:

Sour cream Chicken enchiladas
1 (16oz) container of sour cream
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (4oz) can diced green chiles
10 (8-10 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mixture of monterey jack and cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
Heat oven to 350. grease 13x9inch pan. In medium bowl, combine sour cream, soup, and chiles, mix well. Spoon large spoonfills down center of each tortilla. reserve 1/2 cup of chesse, sprinkle each tortilla with cheese, chicken onions, and olives. Roll up, place in greased dish. Spoon over remaining sour cream mixture over tortillas. cover with foil. bake at 350 for 25-30minutes or until hot and bubbly. remove foil, sprinke with reserved 1/2 cup of cheese and return to oven uncovered for additional 5 minutes to melt cheese. Serve.
