Hi I could not find a recipe but i did find a description it was on a show called taste in Jan. but the site does not list he recipe, prhaps you couled e-mail them. I found them by going to foodtv homepage
I also e-mailed a wine expert who listed it as part of a recent menu although his artical had to do with wine not food prhaps he'll email it to me...till then ...
