Recipe: Peanut Butter Hummus (food processor)
Appetizers and SnacksPEANUT BUTTER HUMMUS
1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of bowl as necessary.
Makes 2 cups
