Oyster Sauce

Misc.

I love wraps and use my leftover meat (chicken, roast or turkey). I've found that I can use Oyster sauce as the condiment and it is delicious. I'm a big fan of Peking Duck and it's pretty close to the taste. With some slivered scallions, it's almost the real thing ... especially with pork ... it's close to the same flavor as duck!
