Patty/NGa. ...

Misc.

I know you'll enjoy your Geo.Forman and that you've read all the comments from long ago.

Like Susan, we do a lot of veggies on the grill -- onions, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, zucchini, asparagus -- and they're delicious.

We make most of our own bread - in the machine - or,usually on dough - and then make baguettes, etc. Sometimes I've goofed and let some get stale. You can make terrific bruschetta on the Geo.F. If I've done some eggplant, onions, peppers like Susan mentioned - the grill will still have some good flavors on it - so I take them off and keep warm and add the bread - and grill it just a short time. Take it off and top with the veggies - and sometimes a touch of cheese or salsa. Yum.

When I first got my Geo.F. I comlained that my brushetta - somewould brown and some wouldn't as I don't cut too evenly. Page (hope she's enjoying FL!) reminded me of that holder (I used to use it mainly for tomatoes) that has al the little prongs - and you can use that and cut very evenly - whether its veggies or bread or ....

One of my friends told me she did either hash brown or potatoes o'brien or somethng the other night -but hasn't told me how. I think I could figure it out. I'm sure she used the frozen stuff.

Shrimp and fish is good done there too ... but you really have to be alert ... cook very quickly for that. Enjoy!
