persimmons
Misc.Betsy are there more than one kind of Japanese persimmon.? the ones Dave told of are not like the ones that grow in California where I live.they are
eaten hard and crunchy and are sweet and they are fadded orange.and don't have a puckery taste at all.
I was looking for a jam recipe for this type of persimmon.
Thank you
