pizza dough in abm

As long as the ABM you buy has a manual/or/dough cycle (and I don't know of any brands that don't) you can make great pizza dough in it.

Either leave it in the machine for the full dough/manual cycle (which is approx 1-1/2 hrs) or take it out after the 1st knead and then proceed. (to take it out you just either re-set your machine or stop it!)
