Plain chocolate

Hi Karen

Your question is almost 2 years old so I don't know if you will ever read the answer, but here it is:

plain chocolate is nothing but sweetened dark chocolate - like a chocolate bar. They call it plain chocolate to distinguish it from milk chocolate.
