Just spray some directly on the marks and it should work. It takes fresh crayon marks off wood furniture and the remanents of dripped candle wax, too. I don't know what will happen since you've already tried liquid solvents first. You'll then have to wash down the Pledge after you use it or you'll be sliding all over the floor.
Good luck and take a picture of this "art work". You can hold this over her head in years to come. Got to love those budding artists. LOL
