Pomona Pectin/Ball No Sugar Pectin

Forgot to mention that Pomona pectin is low-methoxyl with calcium pectin that doesn't need sugar. You can find this product in health food stores or on the Internet. Or call their phone number:

Ball has a pectin (pink box)that requires little or no sugar. I just saw that pectin in the grocery store this afternoon. I've used it and it works quite well.

With either pectin the end product will have a slightly softer set that a regular pectin product.
