preservatives

Misc.

Hi, I'm a first time surfer on your web. Lovely! However, I cannot find what I am looking for. I need to know what to do to preserve pumpkin seeds. I am buying them in bulk and mixing them into my meusli. However, when I grind them they are a bit wet and I believe that fungus may grow on them. I would like advice on what to do. I would preferably like a preservative that is natural.
