Question: Roasted Red Peppers?

Misc.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE roasted red peppers and I have, on occassion, roasted my own at home. However, this can be quite time consuming and smells up my small apartment kitchen terribly.

Could somebody tell me if roasted red peppers are freezable?? If freezing does change the consistency, texture or general taste, is it an unpleasant change??

Please let me know. Thank you.
