Rack from pressure cooker pan

Misc.

I always use the rack from my pressure cooker pan and spray it. It fits nicely into a round casserole dish that I have. Doesn't quite make the typical meatloaf shape but it is fine. The holes in the rack are large enough that all the drippings go through without losing the shape of part of the bottom of the loaf.
