request meatloaf help

I have tried several times to make meatloaf. I have found a good recipe ( at least my husband thinks so :-) but when it comes to shaping and cooking i am unable to make it look like a meatloaf. Do you have a sure fire way to shape and cook my meatloaf? I also would like a new recipe to try out! Thanks!!
