Re: Adelle Davis' Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

After occasionally searching for this recipe for years, I finally located Adelle Davis's book, 'Let's Cook It Right', pg. 393-396...still, IMHO, the tastiest, healthiest bread recipe anywhere to be found.

I'd have been happy to scan the recipe & send it to you, but I fear that the pages will fall apart because they're sooo fragile from age...however, if you're interested, Adelle's, 'Let's Cook It Right', Jan. 1970 Ed. in paperback is currently available at Amazon:
