THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
In bowl, blend together chili sauce, relish, onion, vinegar, mustard and salt. Fold in yogurt. Cover and chill.
Use as dressing for tossed salad.
Makes 1 1/4 cups
