Re: Baker's Square
Misc. Dear Sue, I ran across a recipe called FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE. It was in a cookbook put together for mothers of kindergarden children. 1/2 cup butter,3/4 cup sugar, 1 sq. unsweetened choc., 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs, 9" pie shell: Cream together butter & sugar. Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add 1 egg & beat 5 min. Add 2nd egg & beat 5 min. more. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream & chocolate shavings. Hope this helps.
