re: Bakery Style Whipped Creme

The whipped "CREME" (not cream), that you are tasting in your grocery store chains is a non dairy whipped cream! You are trying to get the flavour and texture and it is not the real thing, sorry to say. If you have Smart and Final in your area, they have a product that is in the freezer section next to the frozen cheesecakes etc., Read the directions first it needs to be whipped. You will find nearly the exact product you taste on the cakes from the bakery. I did work for a grocery chain that did make a real whipped CREAM, it is very rare.

I have been making cakes professionally for 13 years.
