CRAB STIR FRY
1 pkg Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1 1/2 tsp oil
1 pkg frozen stir fry vegetables (or 4 cups fresh stir fry vegetables)
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup purchased stir fry sauce
4 cups cooked rice (for serving)
toasted sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
In a large skillet heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the vegetables, ginger and the garlic; cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are barely tender (cover with a lid and add a little water to the fresh vegetables.)
Add the sauce and the crab delight and stir to combine.
Serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
VARIATION:
Add 1 can of drained sliced water chestnuts or baby corn.
Makes 4 servings
