Hi Kathy, nice name! I have made potatoes like Colette and we love them. I usually add carrots and sometimes fresh mushrooms and I alo put and ice cube on top of everything before I seal the package. And I also have a microwave steamer to "bake" potatoes in a pinch, they don't taste as bad as it sounds. ;-) Kathy
