Re: Boneless Pork Chops

Misc.
We eat boneless pork chops quite often and our favorite way is to brown them on each side. Then let them simmer in Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup that has been diluted with milk. The soup will turn a light brown color while it is simmering. When the pork chops are done, place the pork chop on the plate with a little extra soup and mushrooms poured on top, and garnish with parsley.
