Recipe: Fire Crackers (spicy seasoned saltine crackers)

FIRECRACKERS

1 1/2 cups canola oil
2 tbsp crushed red pepper (or to taste)
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 tbsp chili powder (or to taste)
1 (16 oz) box saltine crackers

In a small bowl mix together the oil and spices whisking until blended

Divide cracker in 2 gallon-size ziplock bags. Pour half oil mixture into one bag and half into the second bag; seal and rotate bags to coat crackers. Continue rotating the bag every 5 minutes for an hour

Let sit overnight. Store in an airtight jar.
