If "larger bottle of peanuts" means the 16 oz. size, and if "smaller jars" of marshmallow creme means the 7 oz. size, then there are 8800 calories in the entire batch of candy. Since the recipe doesn't specify how many servings are in the recipe, you'll have to divide 8800 by the number of equal pieces you wish to cut it into.

If you cut the recipe into 20 pieces of candy, each one would contain about 440 calories. Thirty pieces would contain about 293 calories each.
