I do not have the recipe for o'charlies baby back ribs, but I do have a fantastic recipe for ribs.
Rub the ribs generously with brown sugar. If you also like garlic salt, spices, etc. add them to your ribs.
Wrap them up tightly in tin foil - I use the heavy duty. then wrap them a second time in another piece of foil. Sometimes I cut them into sections and put them in indivual foil, sometimes I do the whole rack in one piece. Put them in the refrigerator overnight.
The next day, put them directly on the oven rack, or in a shallow pan (I use the pan because I have had them drip outside the foil) and bake at 200-225 degrees for 6-8 hours. Take them out after they are cooked and tender - usually 6 hours will do it. After taking them out of the oven, they should be very tender and cooked through.
I stick them on the grill for just a little while to get them crisped up - put whatever sauce you like on them. My favorite is Cattleman's classic (found at walmart, target and food lion).
After they are crisped (remember, they are already cooked), turn off the grill (this is my hubby's trick) and let them sit for about 10 minutes. You can also let them sit on the counter another 10 minutes - for some reason they are better when they have sat out a bit.
Enjoy!
