Hi Tara,

Last night I served a prime rib for a party we had. I made it so we could use for sandwiches on real good buns. I cut the prime rib up, medium rare, and kept warm in the crock pot, it was wonderful.

Bill from TKL suggested that I put roasted garlic all over the roast before cooking, it was great! I also put rosemary, salt and cracked pepper on it, too.

I was very generous with the garlic.
