Just a quick rave for the Corned Beef with Roasted Vegetables and Lemon-Mustard Sauce recipe (minus the Mustard sauce). Followed this for our St Paddy's Day meal and it was wonderful. This will be one that we repeat. Especially loved the added pepper corns and garlic. Won't change a thing with this recipe. Thanks for posting this.
