Hi, Tried Hilda's Stuffies, with a slight variation, used ground linguica instead of Chourico and used homestyle Stove Top Stuffing with some cubed bread and it came out real good. Also instead of Essence of Emeril used Old Bay Seasoning (which I had on hand. Thanks
