Appetizers and Snacks
CHIC WING MEATBALLS

Great for parties. Guilt freeish baked balls instead of fried.

6 slices stale bread (I like Italian)
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs. ground chicken
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash salt and pepper

FOR THE WING SAUCE:
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup hot wing sauce

Break up bread soak with milk. squeeze any remaining milk out. Add to meat. Add eggs and spices; mix with hands. Roll into meatballs. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F approx 25 minutes.

Make wing sauce (nuke is easier); toss with balls.
